BOXMODi is a project in Chonburi turning shipping containers into premium, prefabricated homes. These luxury small homes are designed to offer stylish, functional living spaces with a focus on modern aesthetics and customer convenience. Using only the highest-quality materials, including steel frames and premium finishes, BOXMODi’s aim is to provide customers with a sophisticated, flexible living experience, ensuring comfort through thoughtful layouts and energy-efficient design.
Efficiency in space and time.
The main challenge in creating the BOXMODi homes lay in maximizing the limited space of the converted containers while maintaining a luxurious feel. With space at a premium, the materials used had to be easily adaptable, strong, and lightweight to allow for efficient transportation and installation. The design needed to provide durability without compromising the sleek, modern aesthetic. Another key requirement was finding materials that could be seamlessly cut or modified on-site, all while retaining structural integrity and visual appeal both inside and out.
